Cal Rosen, ActionInfo Consulting President, served as a member of the Mortgages and Lending Technology executive leadership team, providing advisory services to the CIO to shape the strategic direction and lead the management, development and maintenance capability for business intelligence and management information technology systems, applications, staff and processes in order to meet current and future Business Intelligence needs. 

 

General responsibilities include:

· Provide management and planning for all BI Technology Department operating budget expenses (exceeded $3MM).

· Provide managerial leadership and support while maintaining a team of 30+ people capable of working individually and collaterally in the management, development and maintenance of BI applications.

· Assume accountability for successful delivery of multiple project development teams of 50+ people in total (project budgets exceeded $9MM).

· Management, development and maintenance of legacy MIS, new BI and Basel capabilities, engineered to meet changing business and regulatory needs, within agreed upon bank standards and practices.

· Direct the execution of business wide data management strategies and programs to maintain data integrity and support the business in using data for the strategic growth.

· Provide technical stewardship for the BI Technology Department in Analytics, Modeling, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence.

· Direct the change management process for BI base environments, including functional enhancements, to ensure systems and business risks are minimized, while balancing need for timely delivery.
