ActionInfo Consulting was founded by Cal Rosen in January 2004 after a highly successful career in various business and technical leadership roles in the "Big 5" Management Consulting environment (most recently leading a “Big 5” Information Management and Business Intelligence Consulting Practice).

Leveraging 25 years experience in the IT industry, ActionInfo Consulting offers extensive Information Management, CRM, BI and Performance Management expertise with 17+ years of hands-on definition, delivery and program leadership for small and large complex projects.

ActionInfo Consulting project experience spans the full lifecycle from initial concept through to technology solution implementation with a history of success in providing value within and to large complex organizations. We offer full lifecycle methodology leadership experience across the CRM, BI and Performance Management continuum from strategy/vision and business case, vendor evaluation and selection, detailed business process definition and design, through to technology solution implementation.

ActionInfo Consulting has defined and directed large-scale projects implementing leading-edge CRM, BI, Performance Management, Information Management and DW strategies, solutions and techniques in large national and multi-national organizations in Financial and Insurance Services, Telecommunications, Retail, Utilities, Government and Transportation industries across North America. In addition, ActionInfo Consulting has extensive experience, in depth understanding and business relationships with many CRM and BI solutions having managed multiple vendor alliance relationships.
